Domain principle
They are the personification of Judgement, overseeing the laws and regulations within the Silver city and the realms they protect. They provide the enforcement of authority within the Silver city and are no bias among their own kind. When the Fallen Redemption Path was established, they were in charge of monitoring and laying judgement of the fallens.

Legends
Judicators are powerful Celestial agents that travel between foreign realms, their purpose remains unclear to many mortals but they are known to act with a high level of authority. Within this Judicators, Arbiters leads from within ranks but do not shy from solely handling matters in their own hands, as they are the hands of Justice, Arbiters have the sole or absolute power of judging or determining others.

Outworldly Deities
Bahamut, the God of Justice governs the domain. Under his wing Zadkiel (Zaa-key-el): Arch-Seraph of Justice, Second Arbiter, travels between realm to deal with the enemies of the Silver City before they can rise to power and Ramiel (Ram-iel): Archangel of Justice, Executer of Justice, his presence only means the last for whoever lay eyes on him for his execution are swift and just.
Domain of Wisdom
Domain principle
History of every event that passed, Domain of Wisdom collects this historical events, along with every information and knowledge of every realm that can be recorded. This preservation is to ensure the longevity of the Celestial minds and power over other realms.

Legends
The collection of knowledge will always find its way to the Endar' Resa or known in common as the Endless Library. A powerful celestial location where many will always attempt to steal from. Loremaster are the guardians of the library, as well as their main knowledge collectors. The Scholars on the other hand, they act as the eyes for the Silver City. Anonymously watching the world event unfold, never interrupting for any reason.

Outworldly Deities
Ioun, the Goddess of Knowledge and Wisdom, governs from the Endless Library. Her charge includes Vretiel (Vee-ti-ale): Arch Seraph of Wisdom, Grand Librarian of the Endless Library who guards the most scared knowledge and Sophia: Archangel of Wisdom, her leadership provides the Scholars the necessary skills to find even the most deceptive and hidden lore and histories among the realms.
Domain of Hope
Domain principle
Death awaits all forms of life, but the journey is treacherous even for the immortals. Physically or mentally, Hope provides the relief where no other domains can find. Their relief spreads beyond the Silver City, in hopes to preserve life as well as they could. They do not defy the Gates of Death but they are the only domain the that has the ability to manipulate life or at least delay the journey of death.

Legends
The Well of Eternity provides the tremendous power that heals the soul and spirit of every Celestial being and influence. Acts as a portal for many dead souls to travel between the Silver City and the Astral Gates. The Palace of Vitality provides a safe haven for the weakened to rest and heal, this were built in huge numbers and has scattered everywhere in the many realms.

Within the Domain, Eldath (El-daft): Goddess of Hope and Life watch over her followers and guide them on the path of well-being. Her reach extends out with Iofiel (eye-of-feel): Arch Seraph of Hope, Ambassador of Sanctuary being the guardians of each Palace of Vitality. Haniel (Han-ee-ell): Archangel of Hope stays back to heal and restore other celestial beings.
Domain of Fate
Domain principle
Fate and Reality, threaten by many other outworldly beings, Domain of Fate are the guardians of this fragile veil. While many other domains deals with the physical and magical aspect of life, Domain of Fate battles are against threat that goes beyond reality. Though it is by law nobody within the Silver City can interfere directly with other realms, Domain of Fate has the small expection where they can fabricate fate of mortals from the smallest change to the world ending change.

The legendary Weavers of Fate are powerful celestial beings that can twist and manipulate fates of other beings. A small shift in their good or bad fortune, this celestial ensures the Silver City are always steps ahead of their enemies.

Outworldly Deities
Savras, the God of Fate, he provides the final decision for every fate that must be twisted. But not every outworldly beings can be so easily manipulated and hence Savras plays an important role in affect other more powerful beings. Along with his right hand angel, Marmaroth (ma-mer-roth): Arch Seraph of Fate. Weaver of Destiny. Raphael (Ra-fey-eel): Archangel of Fate and Watcher of realms, overseers the fate from the mortal realms.
Domain of Valor
Domain principle
Gatekeepers and vigilant guardians of Silver City. They protect and defend every aspect of the Silver City and will never back down until their objectives are secured. Domain of Valor are installed in many proxy facilities and shrines of various domain in different realms which caused many Celestial beings of Valor to integrate within different species and society.

Legends
The soaring Victorious Fortress is one of the Silver City most powerful flying fort, housing many and powerful celestial soldiers and with the ability to jump between realms, it is known to be impenetrable. Each Valor Celestial being are also able to call down the blessing of Valor, taking form in Flags or Banners, the Coat of Arm ensure every Valorous soldier never truly stand alone.

Helm: God of Protection, Honourable Valor, walks among his celestial army around the Silver City. Never to fail his watch, expecting the worst from his enemies. Ariel (A-ree-uhl): Arch Seraph of Valor, Gatekeeper of Heaven, stands guard forever at the entrance of the Silver City. She will always be the first defender. While Iaoth (i-oath): Archangel of Valor, provide tactical planning and decimates orders between different battalions of Valor.
Domain of War
Domain principle
When the Silver City march forward for war, Domain of War represent the offensive powerhouse of the Celestial armada. No fight is too far for the reaches of this domain, they never tire from battle and are always ready for their next war. Not only do they fight well, they are excellent craftsman of war. Powerful engineering constructs called Celestial Engine, if not for their patience and self-discipline, can take down realms within weeks.

Legends
The Celestial Engine are Domain of War Prime gifts for the Silver City. Strong infusion of the Celestial essence, this siege machines and defensive structure provides Celestial beings the necessary firepower to quickly destroy their enemies and their fortifications. As expected of war, casualties are high but as a true immortal beings, the Virtue Soul give those broken celestial beings a second chance to fight equally as a healthy celestial being.

Sif: Goddess of the War, she leads from her domain, managing multiple aspect of every conflict. As such she needs her generals to lead from the battle, such as her highest rank officer, Camael (Car-mail): Arch Seraph of War. While the soldiers are commanded, Gadreel (Gald-reel): Archangel of War. Mechanic of Celestial Engine, takes charge of the many Celestial Engine deployed in war.
Domain of Light
Domain principle
To continue the battle against the Pact of Darkness, balance demand light to be present. Domain of Light brings the Sun upon many different realms. The promise of relief and safety under the guise of the light has been known throughout of Verlantis and Beyond. Not only brightness but heat itself is said to be gifts for life to survive and which what this domains offers.

Legends
The Sun are said to be the creation of this domain, able to provide light and heat throughout, Dawnbreaker are the powerful celestial guardians of the sun, being part of the sun they themselves are able to provide what a sun can. Lanathar, the God of Stars was the first god to ever intervened the mortals, battling against Lakariss the Archlord demon of Corruption. Unfortunately, his victory cost his life and Domain of Light has suffered a great lost.

Outworldly Deities
When Lanathar, the God of Stars fell during the first Eternal Conflict, Pelor: God of the Agriculture and Sun took over the domain to continue Lanathar principle. This change of gods has shattered this domain apart. Uriel (Uu-ree-uhl): Arch Seraph of Light continues to follow Pelor and tries to restore this Domain while Fae: Archangel of Light, stubbornly follows the old Lanathar's path and give guidance to those loyal to Lananthar even after his death.
Domain of Craft
Domain principle
The Silver City architecture are all created from the Domain of Craft. From nothing but basic materials, this domain are the reason for the many structures. Along this construction, they have develop a sense of culture for the Silver city to live by. Along with Domain of Justice, they curated a unique lifestyle that the celestial being are now used to.

Legends
The Divine Citadel is the first building to every rise in the Silver City, home to many crafts of this domain. It also acts as a great hall for the many gods to gather and to host the Feast of the Eons, a popular gathering of many powerful Celestial beings and fallen mortal heroes who has pledge that service for the respective domains.

Outworldly Deities
Gond, God of Craft and Creativity, is said to be able to create anything as long as it has a purpose. From his first creation, he never stop improving his old works and hasnever stop working. Israfil (Is-rah-fill) Arch Seraph of Craft, the Artist and Musician, hosts every major event among the Domains and plays music of many different instrument with wonderful talents. Hamalat (Ham-a-let) Archangel of Craft, always build wonders within the Silver City and if it fails, is also seen to be in charge of demolition of poorly built or ruined structures.
Domain of Cosmic
Domain principle
Before time and reality, the void is always present and beyond in every realm. Domain of Cosmic exist to prevent the void from ever destroying any creation. Every star among the void tells a story, whether it is a warning or not, their timeless watch gives them all the time they need to prepare should the Void prepare to march.

Legends
The Constellations formed by the Domain of Cosmic provides warning and opposing threats looming upon the veil or anywhere that threat arises, it also provide guidance to many other realms during their travels. The Starseekers are tenacious Celestial soldiers that seek out and destroy Artefacts of the Titans. Their purpose is to stopped the awakening of any of the Titans of Ancient.

The mysterious Selûne, the Goddess of the Moon & the 9 Stars, has fought along with the many other deities against the Titans. She has curated the power and strength over the eons to combat the Titans again should they return. In her absent, Aglibol (Ah-ge-lee-boi) Arch Seraph of Cosmic, takes charge of her Starseekers, always attempting to stop and prevent the summons of the Titans. Zephaniel (Zac-far-nail) Archangel of Cosmic, Oracle of the Veil. The blind angel that see more then any angels, his vision foresee the beyond the void, all to ensure the Titans are never awaken.
